Welcome to East Riding Local Strategic Partnership’s (LSP) Customer Insight Toolkit. This toolkit is intended to help other partnerships that wish to establish bespoke segmentation for their area and develop a deep understanding of customers.
The East Riding’s Customer Insight Project was delivered on behalf of the LSP. It involved partners from Fire and Rescue, Health, Police and the council. Each of these partners contributed data, people and money to make the project a success.
This project was funded through the Communities and Local Government Transformation Workstream. The project has been quality assured by Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council and assessed as suitable for transfer to other local authorities and partnerships.
